This short form prepares an email in your own email app. Review it and press Send to reach Pat. Nothing is transmitted, saved, signed, or charged automatically.
- Talk through fit.We confirm the clinic, overflow need, phone system, and required capabilities.
- Approve the exact scope.After fit and both signatures are confirmed, Pat sends the authorized billing contact one private, clinic-bound $199 Stripe Checkout Session.
- Build, test, and approve.Live calls begin only after the clinic-specific line and staff-delivery path pass the forwarded-line test.
Do not send credentials or patient information.
Never include a password, carrier PIN, account number, payment-card data, patient record, or caller details. Pat will arrange a safe method if anything sensitive is needed later.
